Inter-CO signaling?

Is there any way to determine if inter-telco links are using robbed bit signaling? Eg from GTE to USwest in the Seattle area. I suspect RBS may be causing lots of v.90 problems in GTE country in Seattle. But id like to know how to confirm this. And just maybe, get it fixed. -Dan

Brad, Several links were already posted. Personally I like the list that comes with Roosevelt Giles' book on becoming a CCIE. The list is without a doubt one of the most comprehensive, although I am still trying to track some weird service numbers on my network. David A. Hello; We have been tracking a relay spammer who is using our service to relay spam through many sites. We have, logs, packet traces, addresses, etc. and law enforcement officers ready to swoop down. We are missing a key bit of evidence, the actual spam. Domain fees to rise...

It appears that the government has received permission to raise the domain fees back to $50. http://www.news.com/News/Item/0,4,26004,00.html Interestingly, the article continues to indicate that the additional fee is, in fact, a tax, and the NSF's *agent*, Network Solutions, will collect it on the Government's behalf. Must be irritating for a foreign entity to be forced to pay a US tax for an international resource. Wasn't there something like this that created an uproar in Boston Harbor? /rlj
