I sit on the board of a non profit organization. There is a Facebook
"group" or specifically the Business Portfolio that the organization is
attempting to obtain administrative access to. The President is a
moderator of this group, but not administrator.
The current administrator is a former employee who is in fact cooperating
and through regular channels, our President has spend 18+ hours and hit the
proverbial brick wall.
Full documentation (articles of incorporation, receipts of payment for
ads, driver's license, etc.) has been provided to the team and the case
was closed due to former employee's willingness to cooperate. The phone
number expected to be tied to their account was the employee's old mobile
number of which has been disconnected for about 4 years.
I am reaching out to the NANOG community in hopes we can reach someone at
the Facebook end of things that can spend just a bit of time looking at
