I've sent messages to GitHub three times for a peering agreement and haven't gotten any response. They don't peer with the route servers at the IX we're at, and PeeringDB shows they have an "Open" peering policy. Hail NANOG! It's me again. =) And I'm back with this year's "State of Network Automation Survey." MORE INFO: This survey aims to get a rough outline of the state of network automation around the world, across all kinds of networks. Telstra/GTT high latency in Singapore

We use IBM Cloud in Singapore and they use Telstra which connects to GTT locally in Singapore, but their local latency is wild, spanning from 2ms to 40ms.
