digitalelement.com GeoIP?

Has anyone have a contact with digitalelement.com <http://digitalelement.com/> and their GeoIP stuff? We received a new ipv4 block from ARIN last week and HULU tells digitalelement.com <http://digitalelement.com/> is who they use. Our new block is not being coded correctly. I can not find any sort of technical contact on the Digital Element web-site. It’s all marketing stuff. Any help would be appreciated. Hi Kushal, As discussed privately this was resolved by forwarding traffic through an alternate upstream carrier. The issue arose due to lack of return path from Verisign to your network through the common peer and can also be resolved by announcing all your internal prefixes to our common peering partner. We have had a DOS attack for over 12 hours. I simply want them to null route or black hole an address. The traffic is filling one of our circus with them. Provider Suggestions for Diverse 10g Wave CHI-NJ

Hey Nanog, Could anyone suggest providers for a diverse/alternative 10g wave service between Equinix in Chicago and Equinix in New Jersey (northeastern part of the state)? Currently we have a 10g wave service via the infamous Spread Networks low-latency path between the two locations, but are looking for a second that is completely diverse with no overlaps between the two data centers. Our current provider is Crown Castle Fiber, and half of the segment, from the Ohio area to New Jersey, is leased from Zayo (who purchased Spread) by CCF. I want diverse carriers for this other path, so Zayo/CCF are not an option. I’ve checked with CenturyLink/Level3 who are unable to provide a completely diverse path. I have also reached out to Verizon who have been dragging me through a 3 month+ long process with no proposals so far (they wanted me to sign the contract before showing me the actual route of the circuit, with no guarantee that it wouldn’t overlap). A survey on performance diagnosis for Network functions/middleboxes

Dear Nanog community, Today's networks (data centers, ISPs, and enterprises) all run many hardware middleboxes and software network functions. The performance of these components is critical for network management and user experiences. However, when performance problems happen, it often takes a lot of human efforts to instrument and debug these systems especially when many network functions interact with each other and with traffic dynamics. We are a group of researchers from Harvard and AT&T who are building new diagnosis tools that can automatically find potential root causes for performance problems in network functions (especially those tail latency problems that are hard to diagnose). We're reaching out to the NANOG community to understand the performance problems you have seen and your needs on diagnosis tools. This will greatly help us to incorporate your needs in our tool. We plan to release our debugging tool for the community to use. We greatly appreciate your help in filling out the survey below. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete. The survey and the collected data are anonymous (so please do *not* include information that may identify you or your organization). All questions are optional, so if you don't like a question or don't know the answer, please skip it.
