Broadwing Network Status Page?

One of my customers is experiencing what I'm being told is backhoe fade in the Philadelphia area. It's a Broadwing circuit resold by another party, so they won't talk to me directly. Router Server problem

hai all, I am simulating an IXP and this has 4 router servers which are connected to the ISP routers. I connected the 4 router server by means of Internal Bgp. This is as shown below IBGP ISP1------ RS1------- RS2 ------ ISP3 | | ISP2------ --------ISP4 Now the routes injected by ISP1 into R1 are received by ISP2. And there is exchange of routes between ISP3 and 4. But the routes send by ISP3 are not seen by ISP1 and ISP2. But RS1 has got those routes in its data base. These routes are not selected as best routes in the RS1 bgpd So to overcome this do u have any suggestions ??

hai, What is the difference between Route Server and Route Reflector in terms of complecity of TCP connections. Is it that Route Reflectors are for IBGP and Route Server for both EBGP and IBGP. Thanks in advance

Yep. There's plenty of fiber between the two buildings, so we may go that route. Anyone know if there's any easy way to limit bandwidth on the PA-POS-OC3 adapters? Co-location facilities in LA

What are people's views on the various co-location options in LA? Unlike most REN's we provide a commodity Internet service as well as an R&E service and are currently looking to build a couple of purely commodity Internet POPs on the west coast (so they don't need connectivity to Abilene but they do need connectivity to commercial transit providers and have peering opportunities). We (think we) have Palo Alto under control so our attention is now turning towards LA. Thanks, Mark.
