Bright House IMAP highwater warning real?

Any brighthouse email admins on the list? My sister got the following high water warning message, with the included headers which, since they appear to include no Received: headers, look like they actually came from brighthouse's email cluster. If this is a real Bright House warning message, somebody should be flogged. Teaching people which messages is to believe is hard enough... Can someone from Bell (Bell.net / Sympatico.ca) contact me offlist. We have many, several hundred clients on either of those services and since the first week of July we have not been able to send email through the primary MX (mxmta.owm.bell.net) The secondary MX was accepting and now is not, I have been told by the tech that this was by design and all is now funnelling through the one point. I have a ticket opened on two of our customer accounts and that ticket information available, and the tech informs me that the issue has been replicated, acknowledged and with the vendor for patching which was supposed to be last week but that was delayed. Verizon exiting California

Verizon sent me a letter the other day stating that they are selling their landline business to Frontier Communications. It was a very terse letter and as a customer I don't know if it affects me. While stating they aren't exiting the Wireless business, I want to know which parts are being sold off. Just the copper lines, POTS, DSL, FIOS (TV, Internet, phone)? Some clarity would be great. I am a FIOS only customer. Can anyone recall if GTE was blocked from doing the same thing a few decades ago? matthew black california state university, long beach
