We already filter RFC1918 inbound at our edge, and are interested to see if adding the rest of the blocks will have a significant positive effect. If it does, we're planning to try the IPv4 FULLBOGON list: http://www.team-cymru.org/Services/Bogons/fullbogons-ipv4.txt We're a little more leery about trying Spamhaus's BGPf service (DROP, EDROP and BCL, http://www.spamhaus.org/bgpf/ ) because we really want to avoid false positives. Just wondering if anyone has any words of caution ("False positives! Avoid FULLBOGONS and Spamhaus!"), or words of praise ("Do it all! These services are wonderful!") before we take the plunge. Hello, So I'm new to owning my own IPs. I want to setup multiple locations for a new service that I'm starting , one location in the USA East and one location in the USA West (to get started). I originally thought that IP Anycasting happened when you have to get a IP Transit from a T1 network like NTT or something and then tell them to set it up for each location;however, now I'm hearing that you need to just announce the IPs at multiple DCs. Could somebody please clarify this confusion for me? Thanks.

NPSec 2014 focuses on two exciting areas related to secure network protocols. The first focus is on the development and analysis of networking protocols for the secure operation of various network infrastructures, including both today's Internet and future Internet architectures, wireless and mobile networking, cloud-based networking, peer-to-peer and overlay networks, online social networking, and Internet of things. Papers about new secure protocols, security enhancements to existing protocols, or protocol analysis (such as new attacks on existing protocols) are all welcome. As we announced nearly a year ago, DNSresolvers.com open resolvers shutdown is imminent. If you are still using dnsresolvers.com for lookups, this will stop working when we shut it down. Check your resolver lists for: 205.210.42.205 64.68.200.200 and remove them. We will be back with a more sensible resolver system in the future, but it will not be wide open the way these ones are.
