Incident notification

Nanog list members, I was looking at some statistic and noticed we are sending out a massive amount of SMS messages from our monitoring systems. This left me wondering if there isn't a better (and cheaper) alternative to this, something just as reliant but IP based. We all have smartphones these days anyway. Therefore my question, what are you using to notify admins of incidents? Hi, we started with the development of a browser that provides a graphical user interface to the objects of the distributed RPKI repository. Looks like its working now (on FIOS anyway) Curious to know why the major networks stopped seeing it yesterday as well. I am looking for IPv6 security resources to add to: http://www.internetsociety.org/deploy360/ipv6/security/ These could be best current practice documents, case-studies, lessons-learned/issues-found, research/evaluations, RFCs, or anything else focused on IPv6 security really. I'm not requesting that anyone do any new work, just that you point me to solid public documents that already exist.
