BGP filter issue -- need contact from Level3

NANOG folks, I have had a bug with Level3 bgp filters for over a week, and have not been able to get a call back from their NOC despite multiple phone calls, for what should be a trivial change, but is buggy (yes I've used their normal process to no avail.) Can someone from their NOC or having a useful contact for same, please contact me off list so I can get this resolved. IP4 address conservation method

I read: http://www.nanog.org/sites/default/files/tues.general.Papandreou.conservati… I would like to point out RFC 3069. On most cisco equipment this is done using static routes and "ip unnumbered". So my question is basically: What am I missing? Why can't data center guys not build their network the same way regular ETTH is done? Either one vlan per customer and sharing the IPv4 subnet between several vlans, or having several customers in the same vlan but use antispoofing etc (IETF SAVI-wg functionality) to handle the security stuff? Canadian Hosting Providers - how do you handle copyright and trademark complaints

Hello, I'm wondering how other Canadian Hosting Providers handle copyright and trademark complaints about customers on their network. I'm thinking of just handling them the same as a DMCA notification should be handled but since there's no forced takedown provisions in the Canadian copyright act (that I know of?) it's difficult to say what is better. I'd kind of like if our customers could enjoy some freedom from the sledgehammer of the DMCA *but* still being subject to copyright and trademark infringement laws of course. I have to admit - this is my ignorance. I'm quite familiar with the DMCA and the litigation that usually ensues during american trademark infringement already but not Canadian copyright laws or trademark laws. I do intend to consult with a real lawyer about this eventually but I want to have intelligent questions or suggestions before that happens. Regional Internet problems for AT&T in Wisconsin?

We are having issues on our MIS Fiber dropping for 10-15 seconds at a time and getting reports for end users working remotely that residential u-verse internet stops working at the same time they are disconnected from work.
