Also, if your hotel reservation was under the Loews $159 NANOG group rate and you utilized in-room Internet access and did not receive a credit upon check out, the hotel is in the process of issuing credits back to guests for that service. Loews Hotel: in-room Internet & Eleven Restaurant

NANOG Attendee, If you are staying in the Loews under the $159 NANOG group rate, in-room Internet access is complimentary. You will still need to select the service from the menu page, agree to the terms and conditions, and click through until connected. While it will appear that you are being charged for Internet service, the accounting system will automatically remove the charge from your room account. Check-in ------ All NANOG meeting rooms are located on the 14th Floor of the Loews. When you arrive at the meeting, please check in at the NANOG registration desk to pick up your name badge, t-shirt and important handouts. The registration desk will be located in the Ellington Foyer and open during the following hours: Sunday: Noon to 6 p.m. Monday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday: 8 a.m. to noon Elections ------ In the annual elections, eligible NANOG voters select new members of the Steering Committee and decide whether to adopt amendments to the NANOG Charter. In this year’s voting, five candidates are vying for three Steering Committee positions, and one charter amendment has been proposed. Eligible voters are those who have attended at least one NANOG meeting in the past two years; as a registered attendee of NANOG50, you are automatically an eligible voter. Doors will open at 8:15 p.m. The party will include dinner, drinks, and a live band and DJ until midnight.
