Tim, Doesn't OpenWRT support iperf3? Why not use that instead of wget? I think there are a ton of options if I go with an OpenWRT based router. Still not sure if I want to go through the process of developing out own consumer grade routers, but still no one beside Mikrotik seems to have speed test's built into their sub $100 CPEs. Waves between Buffalo and Manhattan

Hello, Does anyone have knowledge of carriers who are able to deliver 10G or 100G waves between Buffalo and Manhattan that *do not* touch Albany? I know Zayo is one. I’m waiting to hear back from CenturyLink. I’ve reviewed networkatlas.org <http://networkatlas.org/>, to see if anything pops up there, but otherwise I’m coming up empty. Thanks in advance.

Hey All, I just caught wind from multiple support reps of ours that AT&T is now demanding payment to get an RFO. As in, our folks are calling up AT&T to see why a particular tail circuit was down for whatever period of time and has since come back up with no clear utility power issue or backhoe fade to explain it. The response they get is that an RFO is billable and they have been asked to accept the charge to proceed (which they have rightly rejected thus far). This is the first time I've heard of this happening with any of our last-mile transport providers. Anyone using AT&T's ECOMP/ONAP?

Hi gents, I'm looking for physical network services orchestration framework for network service providers that could later be used/extended to orchestrate other areas of the business (virtualized services in DC, etc..). So far it appears to me that there's no such ready-made commercial product on the market that would contain all the building blocks I'd be interested in (well especially the easy to use service designer tool). ECOMP and now OANP seem to have it all and much more I'm just curious if anyone is using it in anger (or parts of it for that matter) for orchestration/design/automation of services on physical network. I'd like to hear some stories from trenches with regards to the implementation, but I'd be also interested in your thoughts in case you just assessed the tool for implementation (why did liked not liked about it).
