Hulu thinks all my IP addresses are "business class", how to reach them?

I've been offering residential and business ISP services for a long time. Hulu recently blocked my customers from accessing their service, because my ARIN IP address blocks are "business class" instead of residential. I've tried to find a contact for them as I am not a customer, the supportrequest(a)hulu.com address mentioned in NANOG previously is just an autoresponder that says open a ticket online (once you are logged into your account). Does anybody have a contact for them that I can discuss what they are looking at to determine if my IP addresses are "residential" vs. "business" class? Thanks.

Short-circuited traceroutes on FIOS

Anyone have an idea why there are some destinations that on residential verizon fios here in NY area terminate right on first external hop? There seems to be a CDN common denominator here. On other networks with more typical BGP paths and traceroutes, users are reporting issues accessing these sites. Hey there as the first bits started flowing through PRIX, I wanted to give a few exciting updates. We have also started a slack channel to have better communication with onsite (in PR) people and remote folks to collaborate. DHS/CISA may get administrative subpoena authority for subscriber information

https://fcw.com/articles/2019/12/12/cisa-bill-new-authority-johnson.aspx The Cybersecurity Vulnerability Identification and Notification Act of 2019 would allow CISA to subpoena subscriber information for enterprise devices or systems [...] Subpoenas would be issued when the director of CISA identifies internet connected systems with specific vulnerabilities, is unable to identify the entity at risk and "has reason to believe" it relates to critical infrastructure. The Senate bill, which was obtained by FCW, adds a provision not included in the original DHS proposal specifying that the authority cannot not be used for information relating to "personal devices and systems, such as consumer mobile devices, home computers, residential wireless routers, or residential Internet enabled consumer devices."
