ATT.net private blacklist

Greetings, We have somehow fallen into the private blackhole list maintained by att.net at blacklist.mail.ops.worldnet.att.net I have tried for the last two days to approach ATT via phone and email with no response whatsoever. abuse(a)att.net, abuse_rbl(a)att.net, and several addresses pulled from ARIN and NetSol lookups have not yielded any response. The calls I have placed have resulted in me leaving a message that was never returned and several instances of "Try abuse_rbl(a)att.net". None of these are working at all. On top of that, there is no page or FAQ pertaining to blacklist.mail.ops.worldnet.att.net (at least, not one that is readily apparent to myself or Google). If there are any ATT.net admins here, or someone that may have some contact information of said admins, I would appreciate an email or a call. Real-life figures of hardware limitations

Dear Collegues, As network-specialists often design new networks and evaluate equipment of different vendors I can imagine that, in my own finding, more people find it hard to determine the limitations of what equipment can do in terms of maximum throughput of a certain type of interface under certain conditions, the maximum number of accounting data (such as flow-statistics) a router can really sustain, how much ATM vc's you can really terminate on a type-x router that carries x Mbit/s of traffic, etc. Most of the time, the technical specs are either over-promising, have 'sales&marketing'-type of figures or do not really apply to real-life traffic patterns. Also, it is not always possible to do real-life testing with the box, due to a number of problems that can arise (can't get hold of the box, can't generate enough traffic, can't generate traffic that is a good representation of the real-life situation, etc). I am looking for information that gives me (and, if people are willing to share, I'm willing to put all data on a publicly available website) more insight in these kind of figures. It is possible that this is already being provided on a website of somebody, but I haven't found it yet; people that have, please point me in the right direction. The goal is to assemble as much information as possible to provide the myself and everyone who wants to know with real-life information about what a certain piece of hardware can do, to complement and/or confirm the figures from the spec-sheet. Comcast people?

Are there any Comcast employees here? There exists an intermittent problem on your network which occurs every night at 12:04am central time. I've pinned it down to where it lies, but everytime I call your support department, I just get someone who does not understand. In fact, one lady told me sternly "Sir, we do not have any routers." a list of hosts in a RPC BOTNET, mostly 209.x.x.x,

I've tried contacting abuse departments of several of these isps and none of them seem to care, so I figured I would post the info here, and maybe someone will let them know, the biggest offender is atlantech. These are all hosts that have been compromised by the same person, they're being used to SYN flood 65.110.34.100 If you want to see this glorious channel for your self its called #!LPOL! on Undernet. Basically the way this works is your box gets attacked, then it sits on this irc channel and waits for commands, in this case the command is !SYN 65.110.34 1000 6667 9999 -s Anyways here is the list, and every 30 seconds or so 2 or 3 more jump into this room.. the botnet is growing! #!LPOL!
