slightly OT: wall mount UPS for demarc

I'm looking to buy several small wall mounted UPS's to power a telco's metro ethernet switches. (Yes, they should have provided some kind of protection, but won't). The closest suitable UPS I've found is this: http://www.tripplite.com/EN/products/model.cfm?txtSeriesID=419&EID=361&txtM… Can anyone suggest a better alternative? I want something sturdy, preferably metal, that can screw to a wall and be worry free for years at a time.

With 24 gigabit ports, for all intents and purposes, you will only ever have 24 gigabits at the most traversing the backplane.

They are accepting them by the 250 code, but never endup on the user mailbox. This was just within the last week. i ran into the same issue pulled my hair out for a little bit. Make sure you have domain keys / dkim and spf implemented on your mail servers and domains. Once I did that all was smooth sailing. Routing issue to Lunarpages/California Regional Internet

Does anyone have a contact for either of these two companies, we are seeing some routing issues somewhere on their network and would like to contact their network engineers. NANOG 46 Call for Presentations ============================== The North American Network Operators' Group (NANOG) will hold its 46th meeting June 14-17, 2009 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. NANOG 46 will be hosted by Comcast. The NANOG Program Committee is now seeking proposals for Presentations, Panels, Tutorials, and Birds of a Feather sessions (BOFs) for the NANOG46 program. We invite presentations highlighting issues relating to technology already deployed or soon-to-be deployed in the Internet. Vendors are encouraged to work with operators to present real-world deployment experiences with the vendor's products and interoperability. NANOG 46 submissions are welcome at http://pc.nanog.org. Conditional acceptance notifications for NANOG 46 will be sent by 19 May 2009. Detail of the submission process, as well as NANOG 46 dates of interest are described below. About NANOG =========== NANOG is the premiere meeting for network operators in North America, and provides a forum for information exchange among network operators, engineers, and researchers. ISIS route summarization

In a level2 only ISIS network (not using multiple areas due to MPLS limitations), is there a better method for handling aggregate routes than creating an aggregate and redistributing it into ISIS for each router? Primarily Cisco/Juniper based. Cisco I believe has an aggregate option in ISIS (similar to OSPF) and Juniper has a separate aggregate function which can be distributed into ISIS. Neither can do summarization per say unless they cross between levels; unless I'm mistaken. Offlist input is fine. Just trying to double check my brain while setting up IPv6 on the access edges. Link state does have it's limitations. ;) -Jack
