We have had a DOS attack for over 12 hours. I simply want them to null route or black hole an address. The traffic is filling one of our circus with them. Hulu thinks all my IP addresses are "business class", how to reach them?

I've been offering residential and business ISP services for a long time. Hulu recently blocked my customers from accessing their service, because my ARIN IP address blocks are "business class" instead of residential. I've tried to find a contact for them as I am not a customer, the supportrequest(a)hulu.com address mentioned in NANOG previously is just an autoresponder that says open a ticket online (once you are logged into your account). Does anybody have a contact for them that I can discuss what they are looking at to determine if my IP addresses are "residential" vs. "business" class? Thanks.

Disney+ Streaming

I see the Disney service went live today, with some load issues according to various news reports and down detector. Is it well known where the newly released Disney+ streaming service content is sourced? Are they using their own servers on AS22604 or using one or more of the established CDNs? Or something combination or something else entirely? As the service grows in popularity, and its breadth of content and manageable price is likely to attract a lot of growth, I'd like to plan for any necessary augmentations to the network. I have not yet seen a noticeable change in traffic trends locally but I am sure during the evening time it is likely to be more apparent where it all comes from.

I do not normally post about firmware bugs, but I have this nightmare scenario running through my head of someone with a couple of mirrored HPE SSD arrays and all the drives going POOF! simultaneously.
