Dear Sir or Madam, (We apologize if you receive multiple copies of this message) ============================================================ Recent Advances in Message Passing Interface. 20th European MPI Users' Group Meeting (EuroMPI 2013) EuroMPI 2013 is being held in cooperation with SIGHPC Madrid, Spain, September 15-18, 2013 www.eurompi2013.org BACKGROUND AND TOPICS ------------------------------- EuroMPI is the preeminent meeting for users, developers and researchers to interact and discuss new developments and applications of message-passing parallel computing, in particular in and related to the Message Passing Interface (MPI). The annual meeting has a long, rich tradition, and the 20th European MPI Users' Group Meeting will again be a lively forum for discussion of everything related to usage and implementation of MPI and other parallel programming interfaces. Traditionally, the meeting has focused on the efficient implementation of aspects of MPI, typically on high-performance computing platforms, benchmarking and tools for MPI, short-comings and extensions of MPI, parallel I/O and fault tolerance, as well as parallel applications using MPI. The meeting is open towards other topics, in particular application experience and alternative interfaces for high-performance heterogeneous, hybrid, distributed memory systems. CALEA options for small/midsize ISPs

Hello All, My company is looking at updating our CALEA set up. Our network has changed appreciably since our initial rollout and I am looking at utilizing Cisco's Lawful Intercept. I'm wondering what people are using as "Mediator Devices", aka what the Cisco routers are sending the Lawful Intercept stream to. Intermittent incorrect DNS resolution?

Hi everyone, I'm having an unusual DNS problem and would appreciate feedback. For the zones in question, primary DNS is provided by GoDaddy and secondary DNS by DNS Made Easy. Over a week ago we made changes to several A records (including wildcards on two different zones), all already having a TTL no greater than one hour. The new IPs on those A records have taken many millions of requests since the changes. Occasionally, a small amount of traffic appears at the old IPs that those A records had. This is HTTP traffic. Packet captures of this traffic show various Host headers. Attempting to resolve those various Host headers from various networks in Canada against various random private and public resolvers and against the authoritative NSs all yield correct results (i.e. new IPs). However, both GoDaddy and DNS Made Easy use anycast, which makes it less likely that I can see the entire picture of what's happening. I suspect that somewhere, one of their servers has the wrong data, or some resolver is misbehaving, but based on the pattern/traffic/volume/randomization of hostnames, the resolver theory is less likely. I haven't analyzed the source IPs yet to see if they're in a particular set of countries. I've opened a ticket with DNS Made Easy and they replied very quickly suggesting the problem is not with them. I've opened a ticket with GoDaddy and...well, it's GoDaddy, so I don't expect much (no response yet). Any ideas? Can folks try resolving eriktest.uberflip.com and post here with details only if it resolves to an IP starting with 76.9 (old IPs)? Thanks Erik

Hi, it seems Deutsche Telekom AS3320 are not accepting 2610:1c1::/32 altough they do accept 2610:1c0::/32. https://f-lga1.f.de.net.dtag.de/index.php?pageid=lg&query=ipv6+bgp&para=261… https://f-lga1.f.de.net.dtag.de/index.php?pageid=lg&query=ipv6+bgp&para=261… we opened a case with AS3320 as a customer because we cannot reach svn0.us-east.freebsd.org because of this. They claim the network is not documented properly in the routing registries which is why they cannot accept the prefix. I am no expert on routing in the ARIN region. Could anybody of you guys have a look at the specific network: The New York Internet Company NYNET22 (NET6-2610-1C0-1) 2610:1C0:: - 2610:1C2:FFFF:FFFF:FFFF:FFFF:FFFF:FFFF and let me know if you see anything obviously wrong. Device specifically made for high capacity GRE tunnels for dozens of sites

Hello, Can anyone recommend a device that will allow for multiple gigabit gre tunnels with ability to handle up to a million pps? I know it can be done on a bsd or nix box , or something running junos but Im looking for something specifically made and tailored for GRE tunnels. Thanks, Ameen
