An explosion and large fire at a power substation has caused a blackout in northern Puerto Rico. Before this latest damage, Puerto Rico had recovered about 84% of its pre-hurricane electric grid distribution capacity.

Netzero Email Abuse

Could someone from Netzeros email abuse team contact me? Your spam notification system is spamming me and I have been unable to get ahold of anyone regarding this. Over the last 48 hours it has sent probably 25-30 emails to our abuse email address. All emails are the same, with the same content, and are actually a human generated email from a customer I personally know (Eg not even spam).

Brighthouse Networks packet loss

Our customers on Bright House Networks / Time Warner Cable / Charter in Orlando, Melbourne and Tampa are experiencing packet loss between Orlando and Miami before the traffic reaches Hurricane Electric. The odd thing is when we disable Hurricane Electric, the packetloss goes away but the traceroute is the exact same path to Miami. HE sees no loss from our location in Reston VA/Ashburn to Miami. We are having our customers talk to Bright House Networks but probably won't get very far with residential support. Any tips or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Greetings, Any chance someone has a support contact I could reach out to at Square Enix? Our Class B is redirected to a Maintenance Page: https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/info Our Class C networks under same ASN do work OK, get to their account login page: https://secure.square-enix.com/ Trying to work with their front line support and no luck getting anywhere. ticketmaster.com 403 Forbidden

List, It seems that browsing to ticketmaster.com or any of the associated IP addresses results in a 403 Forbidden for our customers today. Is anyone else having this issue? If anyone from Ticketmaster could reach out to me off-list, it would be helpful. Contact inside of Time Warner/Spectrum NOC?

As of this past weekend, we've had numerous customers that are all on TWT/Spectrum/Charter's network complain to us about frequent slowness and dropped connections to our address space when using standard ports, as well as failed IPsec connections. Traffic on non-standard ports flows fine (for example a website on 8080). Doing wiresharks, we've determined the packets are hanging on the way back to the end user on Spectrum's network. It would appear traffic from our address space is being subjected to an overworked content inspection system. I can't seem to find a way to contact somebody technical without being a customer. Help? Looking for colocation in NY or NJ

Hello, I’m looking to establish a POP in the area with the purpose of connecting to exchanges (DE-CIX, Equinix New York, NYIIX). I’ll need access to Lightower or Level(3) for transport back to Springfield (1 Federal St), & Boston MA (1 Summer St). I’ll need a cabinet, 208v power, planning on a Juniper MX480 but my go with a couple MX204s Initially I was looking at 111 8th. I’m getting pricing from Equinix for NY2 that will save $$ on space & power. Is it really ‘all the same’ and I can get anywhere to anywhere in NY Metro?
