the company i'm working for has a growing list of domains for the company and its trademarks. i'm finding that i need to deal with a variety of registries and resellers and whatnot in order to keep up. are there resellers out there that have agreements with _most_ TLD registries? i realize that i won't likely find a single reseller for all the TLD's, but i'd like to switch from using 10 baskets to 2 or three. it would be nice if they provided a control panel that we can use to administer not only the domains we have through them, but also domains that are registered elsewhere, but we want parked in a central location. -- [ Jim Mercer jim(a)reptiles.org +971 50 436-3874 ] [ I want to live forever, or die trying. ]

SBC Lost of connectivty to Canada?

On our SBC peering links we lost connectivty to our Canadian customers for about 20 minutes. I have escalated this up through SBC but was wondering if anyone on the list as any knowledge of what may have caused the outage. Our Canadian customers come in through different Canadian providers so from my perspective it wasn't just one AS or prefix that was lost it was many. Thank You

Canned Emails to Send to Infected End-Users

Hello all, Does anyone have a line on any canned emails to send to end-users? Do such things exist? I have a few in my arsenal, but I'm getting sick of writing them. I just realized today that I don't have one for a customer who's is possession of a zombie spambot computer and is spewing emails (blocked on my router from going out) like crazy... We use Qwest as our LD provider at several call centers and have not had any issues reported (and they ARE finicky !).
