Sent on behalf of Betty Burke, Executive Director Dear NANOG 66 Attendees: Welcome to NANOG 66, hosted by Console, an IIX company, at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in San Diego. We are expecting strong attendance, with 926 individuals registered for the meeting as of this email. Based on our registration data, 255 people have indicated they are attending a NANOG meeting for the first time. Of those attending, 244 are also NANOG Members. Once the app is installed, select “Download Guides” at the bottom and search for “NANOG 66”. There are a number of features in guidebook this meeting. You can download all or only some of the agenda items that you want, find a map of the hotel meeting venue, search nearby restaurants, connect to social media sites, and you can even take the General and Daily Presentation survey right from your mobile device! Tuesday morning tutorial - Ansible / NetDevOps

The Ansible tutorial for tomorrow has some highly encouraged prerequisites, essentially installing a Linux VM to have a known good environment. We encourage interested attendees to view the git repository <https://github.com/bronwynlewis/nanog65-automation-tutorial> that has installation instructions - including follow along screenshots. The repo also contains example files which will be utilized using the hands on portion.
