NANOG 73 Attendees, The NANOG Program Committee welcomes you to Denver! We are accepting Lightning Talk submissions for six 10-minute speaking slots: three on Tuesday, starting at 3:00pm MDT, and three on Wednesday, starting at 3:30pm. A lightning talk is a very short presentation by any attendee on a current topic relevant to the NANOG audience. If you have a topic that's timely and interesting we encourage you to submit it. Please submit an abstract via https://pc.nanog.org Acceptance messages will be sent to speakers of selected talks Monday evening for the Tuesday session and Tuesday evening for the Wednesday afternoon session. NANOG 72 Meeting Dates

The NANOG organization, and I personally, apologize for publishing the incorrect dates for NANOG 72 on our website and in the closing slides of NANOG 69 and NANOG 70. NANOG 72 was originally slated to start the first week of February, 2018. This changed in December 2016 for reasons explained below. Unfortunately, we did not change the NANOG website and closing slides. The website was updated in October 2017 and the closing slides at NANOG 71 showed the correct dates. For this, I apologize to our attendees and members. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please email us at operations(a)nanog.org. Publication of the February meeting dates were delayed due to the difficulty in finding a venue in a preferred location large enough to host NANOG. The only acceptable venue was available on February 19-21, 2018. We updated several public meeting calendars, but failed to update the NANOG website and closing slides.
