CLEAR Health Pass As part of our commitment to the safety at NANOG, all attendees must provide proof of full vaccination before checking in. ● NANOG will be using Health Pass by CLEAR at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via the free CLEAR mobile app. Complete your health screening with Health Pass by CLEAR ahead of time for expedited check-in and entry! ● In addition to Health Pass, we will also accept your vaccination record + I.D upon check-in. ● For the most efficient entry possible, we encourage every attendee to enroll with CLEAR before NANOG 83 and complete their COVID-19 pre-screening. Once your vaccination record has been uploaded to the platform, it can typically take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified. We encourage all attendees to complete this process at least 24 hours before the event. Instructions Step 1: Download and enroll in CLEAR 1. Use the email address associated with your membership and snap a quick selfie to verify your identity 2. Continue to follow prompts on the Entry Requirements page to securely confirm your proof of vaccination or negative test results Step 2: Before arriving to the event, complete your Health Pass for faster entry at check-in 1. Meeting only email lists Agenda The NANOG 83 Agenda <https://www.nanog.org/events/nanog-83/agenda/> is now available on the NANOG website. You can also download the agenda to your local electronic calendar via an .ics file when you are signed in with your NANOG Profile, and click the heart on the talks you want to add to your calendar. Arrivals + check-in There will be a vaccination checkpoint outside the Great Lakes ballroom (4th floor) where we will verify your vaccination status and conduct temperature checks. You may provide either the Clear App QR code, your individual US state issued QR code, or your Covid-19 vaccination card +ID. Once inside the NANOG event space, you may pick up your conference badge and meeting t-shirt. Please be advised that we will check temperatures upon re-entry of the NANOG event space. Dear NANOG 83 Attendees, In three short weeks, (happening Nov. 1-3) our upcoming meeting, NANOG 83 will transpire in Minneapolis, MN! Through screen or in-person, we can’t wait to see your face at our first hybrid meeting. We are currently looking for several volunteers to join the NANOG staff for one to two hour shifts at NANOG 83. This is an incredible opportunity to engage with other members of the NANOG community, learn what we do behind the scenes, and of course receive a complimentary ticket to the event.
