We are expecting strong attendance, with 813 individuals registered for the meeting as of this email. Based on our registration data, 234 people have indicated they are attending a NANOG meeting for the first time. Of those attending, 204 are also NANOG Members. Once the app is installed, select “Download Guides” at the bottom and search for “NANOG 67”. There are a number of features in Guidebook this meeting. You can download all or only some of the agenda items that you want, find a map of the hotel meeting venue, search nearby restaurants, connect to social media sites, and you can even take the General and Daily Presentation survey right from your mobile device! NANOG67 Attendees, Welcome to NANOG 67 in Chicago ! The Program Committee has begun accepting Lightning Talk submissions for 10-minute speaking slots on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. A lightning talk is a very short presentation or speech by any attendee on any topic relevant to the NANOG audience. These are limited to ten minutes; this will be strictly enforced. If you have a topic that's timely, interesting, we encourage you to consider presenting it. Please submit an abstract via pc.nanog.org <http://pc.nanog.org/>, and you'll be notified the night before if you've been selected. Thanks!

Dear NANOG 67 Attendees – As we get ready to kick-off NANOG 67, hosted by EdgeConneX, here are just a few reminders for today, Sunday June 12, 2016. Today, starting at 8:30am Facebook is sponsoring the NANOG 67 Hackathon. This one day event will bring network operators together in a room to develop new ideas and hacks for automating production internet networks. By gathering together at NANOG 67 to collaboratively hack on code or hardware, develop ideas, and documentation we can open the possibilities of holistic network management through automation.
