I wanted to provide some network availability information to for those of you who will be sticking around the hotel this evening and into tomorrow. The NANOG attendee wireless networks will be taken down this evening, as planned. Common areas and ballrooms with active programs will be kept up until at least 6pm. Beginning at 6pm tonight all areas will begin to transition back to the hotel network. During this transition, there may be some areas of the hotel that will have no wireless access as access points are swapped or reconfigured. We believe that the hotel infrastructure is largely sufficient, however there may be some areas that will not have the same level of coverage that we've enjoyed throughout the meeting. Early/Late Departure Fee from Westin

For those of you who had to cut your stay in Atlanta short, did you receive an "Early/Late Departure Fee" charge of $65 on your hotel bill? A co-worker and I both left at the same time yesterday - my bill has the charge, his does not. I'm not sure if they missed him or dinged me when they shouldn't have. Your Hotel Reservation - Due to Storm Perdictions

Colleagues: The NANOG staff have been working with the hotel reservation desk to determine a plan should Wednesday flights be cancelled. We know that 170 NANOGers are scheduled to check-out on Wednesday February 12, 2014. The hotel, as you can imagine, is receiving many reservations for Wednesday due to the storm predictions. We have made arrangements with the hotel for 170 rooms to be made available at the NANOG room rate for Wednesday night, *as long as you go directly to Hotel registration today by NOON. You will be required to pay in advance for the Wednesday night room.* We will keep you posted should there be a need for Thursday. Dear NANOG 60 Attendees: Welcome to NANOG 60! Hosted by Telx, at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta Georgia. We are expecting a strong attendance at the meeting; with nearly 611 individuals registered, 172 have indicated they are attending a NANOG meeting for the first time. Of those attending, 143 are also NANOG Members. This message contains information and brief reminders to help you prepare for the NANOG meeting. *Agenda* The complete NANOG 60 agenda is available on the NANOG website, along with the NANOG meeting hotel space layout. The NANOG Agenda is also available to download to your local electronic calendar.
