Some additional tidbits shared with me
Currency exchange places are usually located at airports, or money can be
exchanged at any local bank. Rates will always differ so it is hard for
NANOG to publish current information. A good place of reference for
currency exchange is http://www.xe.com/
And USD and credit cares are accepted by most taxis.
