Hi, I am giving my DNSSEC troubleshooting tutorial on Sunday, 4pm-5:30pm in Commonwealth D. For those of you interested, you'll want to come with a laptop equipped with a working copy of dig. Most UN*X distributions (including most Linuxes) will have dig already installed. If not, you may need to install "bind-tools" or some similar package. The version that comes with a supported (i.e. recent) MacOS X should also be fine. For windows, you may need to install the BIND distribution for windows, unless you use cygwin or something similar, in which case, you'll need to install the proper package for whatever UNIX toolkit you use on your windows box. Also, I assume you know most of the basic DNSSEC concepts (like what an RRSIG is, what a DNSKEY is, etc.). If not, you're in luck, as Matt Larson will be giving his excellent introduction to DNSSEC tutorial in the same room from 1pm to 3:30pm--right before the DNSSEC troubleshooting tutorial. Restaurant Recommendations for Philly

As my friends used to call me "CFO" (Chief Food Officer) and I'm natively from Philadelphia, I figured I'd pass on some restaurant recommendations in the general area of the city for those that enjoy good food. I've been to a couple of these and am looking forward to checking out a couple more while I'm in town. Cheesesteak? Go to Jim's and skip the Pat's/Geno's silliness (IMO) -Dave http://www.thefarmandfisherman.com/ I haven’t been yet but the reviews are terrific. Might be BYO, not sure. Probably number 1 on my list of places that I need to check out. http://www.akitchenphilly.com/ Just opened, been here once and loved it. Getting great press, chef started Django and Tallulah’s Table. http://amadarestaurant.com/ http://tintorestaurant.com/ Love both of these places, both run by Jose Garces. Amada probably the tougher to get a reservation. Amada has several rooms, the front dining room is probably where you’d want to sit. At Tinto you’d want to make sure your table is not in the basement room. http://www.zahavrestaurant.com/ Great room, excellent food. But you probably have to be in the mood for the menu… http://www.barbuzzo.com/barbuzzo/ Love this place – one concern is that the dining room might be a little crammed. http://www.biboubyob.com/ A little off the beaten path in South Philly. Another one I’ve yet to get to but always listed as on the top restaurants in town. Also byo. http://www.vetriristorante.com/ Not been here either, always up there as one of the top restaurants in town. Possibly a bit stuffy, and likely the highest priced place on this list.

When I try it Yahoo! puts "4th and South" in Cypress Street, about 0.5 miles west-northwest of the actual location (see <http://bit.ly/rdhw2m>) As you say, Google does put it in the right location. Indeed, looking at your link below, Google also renders it at the corner of 4th and south, so, I'm not sure what you are saying is the problem.

NANOG 53 Track: ISP Security

Hello NANOG 53 attendees, For those with an interest in the "Track: ISP Security" scheduled for Monday, October 10 at 4:30 PM in Millenium Hall here is a brief synopsis of the event to help you plan your day. As coordinator of the track, I'd also like to invite anyone interested to give a lightning talk (for this track only, not the general session), encourage you to introduce yourself as a security point-of-contact (PoC) and participate in the key signing event. The ISP Security track covers current network security related topics in a semi-private venue. That is, the session is not recorded, but there are no participation restrictions beyond NANOG attendance. Planned topics and the facilitators include: PROTECT IP - Chris Morrow (Google) BGP Security Demo - Oliver Borchert (NIST) Lightning Talks and PoC Personals - you PGP Usage and Key Signing - John Kristoff (Team Cymru) No slides for lightning talks or personals are necessary, but if you wish to provide one, please limit it to one page. 28-point or larger fonts are highly recommended. Priority will be given to those who don't need slides or submit a one-page PDF to me in advance. Please add your PGP public key(s) to the event the key ring before arriving.
