It seems like they're stepping up their sales -- We were just assigned a "new rep" though we've never done business with them. He started sending meeting requests, which we declined. Then he would call and actually yell at people because "we had a meeting and we're all waiting for you to join". Do they really think that this will help them get customers? Even if I was inclined to buy from them, I would not after that. I understand charging for large blocks, but I literally just got a quote for two /31s. I have an existing contract elsewhere with them, and they gave me 3x /29s gratis (for three different ASNs, sets of BGP sessions, ec.). Now they're charging for each IP.
I thought charging for BGP sessions was ridiculous, but now for individual IPs to use those BGP sessions...
