The first is bgpmap <dot> net, which is flagged by URIBL ( https://admin.uribl.com/?section=lookup;)
The second is ihr <dot> live, which is flagged by Spamhaus ( https://check.spamhaus.org/)
I've submitted the first for review to URIBL.
For the second one, Spamhaus requests the domain owner submit the request after confirming the domain is abiding by certain criteria. I can email the admin email listed on the contact page for IHR, but if anyone here is affiliated with or knows the owners please take a look or notify the appropriate contact.
