Border Crossing Fiber Between USA and Mexico

I'm the co-owner of a dark and lit fiber trunk across the border between San Diego, California and Tijuana Mexico. If anyone can hit me off-list or even on list if there is interest in helping, were looking to setup ways to interact with other carriers who may need the crossing. We're open to ideas on how to further monetize the circuits beyond its current service usage. We have a ton of strands and a pop on both sides with last mile capabilities.
