Abuse contact at DTAG

Hi, Does anyone have an abuse contact at Deutsche Telekom AS3320? I have sent an email to their registered abuse contact abuse@telekom.de and received an automatic bounce. Then I found the Abuse page on their website, and next to this email address, a phone number was listed. So I called the phone number, and an automatic voice message told me to say "Ja" if I had a malware warning or stay on the line for a password reset, and in both cases it asked for my customer number and last digits of my IBAN, so that is only for customers.
