Hi, Does anyone have an abuse contact at Deutsche Telekom AS3320? I have sent an email to their registered abuse contact abuse@telekom.de and received an automatic bounce. Then I found the Abuse page on their website, and next to this email address, a phone number was listed. So I called the phone number, and an automatic voice message told me to say "Ja" if I had a malware warning or stay on the line for a password reset, and in both cases it asked for my customer number and last digits of my IBAN, so that is only for customers.

That was exactly it. Is it legal in Germany for a network to ignore abuse notices unless they come from Gmail?
There are no regulations on processing network abuse complaints, DSA is not about that.
