Wiki would serve well for documentation purposes such as operational, ISP related such as peer relationships, isp contacts, tools, etc., but nothing comes close to real-time outages (user feedback) via e-mail.
Or, perhaps, an RSS feed from a user-maintained ticketing system.
I've always wanted to build a public ticketing system, where you could, for example, hang a ticket on a traffic signal that was out...

I can think of a few people I know that would report every single traffic signal (and maybe a few stop signs) as out within 3 days. I'm sure they'd be imaginative in their use of names too. -- Jeff Shultz

He sent more info, the 'problem' is he's not getting an A record when looking up our zones, such as zen.spamhaus.org. I've fired back the usual canned response which says "our dns zones don't have A records because... they are dns zones, not hosts" ;) Steve Linford The Spamhaus Project http://www.spamhaus.org

Yeah, this world would be so nice, if it weren't for all the *people* in it. We may have a loop: I didn't post that to NANOG, so far as I know; I sent it to outages@isotf, and my copy back from taht list didn't mention NANOG... Cheers, -- jra -- Jay R.
