Any chance there is a Comcast BVE neteng peep on the list?

Been fighting with a 24 hour Broadband Voice Edge outage due to comcast Edgemarc at a customer’s office. Need a comcast eng to log into it and tell me the configuration. 10 calls, escalations and promises of a call back from Their neteng folks have gone to the shitter.
