Anyone at Activison on list - Request for Help

We're getting a lot of reports from end users on our residential network that Call of Duty will not allow connections. We have verified it is not a user level block but seems to be an ip related issue. Please contact me or advise of whom to contact to sort this out. I thank you in advance. Norman
