I don't understand compute and storage beyond nominal amounts in carrier hotels. That's what suburban, exurban, tier 2 cities are for. The hyperscalers have been building in corn fields states away from tier 1 markets for a decade. Sure, Akamai, Cloudflare, Google, etc. probably have large clusters for carrier hotels in tier 1s, but Cermak is a big building. They can't use up *THAT* much of it.
