Looking to get in touch with someone at 5650 about an issue with the netblock I have been assigned on static fios service. My service looks to be coming off of a BNG in the Dallas Infomart, some 200 miles away in a different metro area, and the netblock is geolocated accordingly, breaking lots of things. I’ve tried to manually correct it with various services but it seems to get overwritten over time. Have tried the usual channels, including having tech support tell me that I need to replace my SRX with an Eero, and an FCC complaint — but have been stonewalled. V/r Tim
