Any British Telecom Contacts?

Hi Folks, Sorry to spam everyone, but are there any contacts for BT NOC (or other tech contacts) on here that could reach out to me off list, please? I've had an ongoing problem for months where traffic traveling from the US to the UK via Lumen / Colt is being dropped by BT. I've tried working with Lumen, they tell me since it's in the UK I need to talk to Colt. Colt tells me that since it originates in the US, I need to talk to Lumen. Hoping BT can help since the traffic being dropped is destined for their network. -Matt
