rr.level3.net out of sync

Hi folks, We recently noticed that rr.level3.net is no longer syncing with RIPE IRR, and the latest route objects on rr.level3.net seem to be 2 ~ 3 weeks old. Is there anyone from Lumen / Level 3 who can investigate this? Also, rr.level3.net is unreachable in many locations outside the US, whereas filtergen.level3.net works.
