Hello NANOG 85 Attendees, Your health and safety are very important to us and NANOG is ready to host everyone safely in Montréal. We will require that everyone attending NANOG 85 be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 <https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated.html> no later than May 23, 2022. You are considered fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks after the final dose in either a 2 dose vaccine series (Pfizer, Moderna, or AstraZeneca) or the single-dose series (Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen) vaccine. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not fully vaccinated and we request that you join us for NANOG 85 virtually. There will be no exceptions. Please be aware that ArriveCan is mandatory for travelers entering Canada. Those who do not comply could be subject to a $5K fine. Print your receipt and take it with you when you travel. In addition, health professionals will be on-site at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel in the Ping Room on the 3rd Floor, to conduct Covid-19 testing for NANOG attendees who require an official negative test result for travel back to their home country.
