Ah, that wasn't my point. And thanks for everyone sending me info on how to lookup AS 2711 at arin. I guess my subject wasn't clear enough.... My point was that since everyone doesn't use the RA to reg their routes and ASes, we can't filter based on the RA. So, when some little provider in SC, ie AS2711 sends UUnet routes for CW, Sprint, etc we have to start playing phone tag with the world as we black hole the providers AS. Christian.
