Hi Group,
A little off topic, but I was looking for a recommendation on an ISP in both Brazil and Chile. (...)
Some ISPs in Brazil include: - Oi; - Telefonica; - Intelig (Telecom Italia group); - CTBC; - GVT; - Embratel (Telmex group) - caveat: they don't peer! - Global Crossing, - et cetera. Chances are that Oi, CTBC and GVT will not be present in Chile, though. While evaluating your ISP, check the PTT-SP roster [1] to see if the ISP has the tick mark on the column "ATM" (MLPA, in Portuguese) - for peering purposes.
