There are rumours of depeering from them.... Route-views shows much instability to their major peers eg 2914, 12956, 701 etc I have a couple of customer complaints and they are unreachable.... We are seeing the same thing in two of our POPS, San Francisco and Dallas. Seems to be very sporadic.
