ISNIC are incredibly manual (due to their small size) - they also require that you deal with them in Icelandic for anything legal-related. I helped somebody migrate they're .is domain away from a reseller last year and it was a whole load of faff. Probably not malice, just a quirk of this one particular registrar's "meat-in-the-loop" setup. ~a
