XO Provisioning in St. Louis
So far my attempts to reach someone at XO Communications have been fruitless. I'm looking for someone that deals with provisioning in St. Louis. We've (officially our partner, but we need it as well) been waiting months for a cross connect and when they finally deliver, it didn't connect A to Z.
