Well I checked my archives and I have three copies of the hardware configuration manual showing documentation for 6.1 dated July 1988. In it it talks about how to configure interfaces. Interfaces could be one of ethernet, serial, or DDN-1822. Simpler times. Walt

I have an DDN-1822 interface box on the shelf in the barn :) Came out of a BBN C/60 IMP. regards, fletcher
