I can't change the whole Internet overnight. I obviously can resolve myself since I go to my own DNS, not needing a root server. But statistically, people have an even chance of hitting the Heretics. Henceforth, the need to update it. I like the idea of a TXT record or a page for contacts at www.root-servers.net Seem like logical solutions.
