Hi all Does anyone here have a contact at NetEase, an online service provider out of China. We have a number of customers in Asia who have them as their provider/carrier and are hitting outdated DNS entries so I'm trying to get to the bottom of it. Support tickets have gone unanswered. Thanks! Jack
