      inter-touch.com (an internet connectivity provider for hotels in
	australia, it seems) portscans customer device.
	this is way too weird, and the repsonse from them does not make any
	sense.  i'm not sure if it is widely practiced, i really hope not.
	(the most stupid choice of port number!)
