Well-known problem with radars and wifi (used to live next to a (military) radar research site): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radar#Frequency_bands -- Check who uses S and C http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S_band Another reason to not rely on radio for your LAN/WAN in times of Aegis cruisers passing by... ;) Regards, Martin

I've seen Aegis radar interfere with C-band satellite communications (3720-4180 MHz.) which is used by all kinds of services.
