I have been working with an AT&T packaged internet service customer on a downed link most of the day. The link died @ around 2:30am CST and has been down ever since. Over the past day of chasing people down, we finally received a call that AT&T is experiencing a hardware failure in or near Saint Louis. Can anyone else confirm this?
