It is expected the Library's web server(s) will be the primary distribution point for the Office of Independent Counsel report to the House of Representatives. The exact time and and place has not been announced.

We had a solid 4 times increase on all links, backbone and customer links. Once we had the report Squid Cached and published locally the backbone links dropped back down fairly quickly. I can say that many USG sites where hitting the reports hard over the course of the day. One of our customers is a News Paper. It might be nice if Sean could post a small after-action report. What did he do in advance? Lessons learned?
